Subject: Invitation to speak at our Annual Volunteer Conference
Dear Colleague,
I am writing on behalf of BrightFuture, a charitable organisation supporting young people in education. We are hosting our Annual Volunteer Conference on Saturday, 14 June at the Riverside Convention Centre in the city centre, and we would be delighted if you could join us as a guest speaker.
We would like you to speak for approximately 20 minutes on a topic of your choice related to education, youth development, or community support. The event begins at 10:00 am and concludes at 4:00 pm. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Could you please let us know:
- whether you are able to attend and speak at the event
- what topic you would like to speak about
- whether you have any requirements we should be aware of
We look forward to hearing from you. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Sandra Obi
Events Coordinator, BrightFuture
